最低賃金制に関する答申 本審議会は、最低賃金制に関して別紙の通り答申する。 昭和三十二年十二月十八日 中央賃金審議会 会長 中山伊知郎 労働大臣 石田博英殿 別紙 最低賃金制に関する意見 中央賃金審議会は、本年七月再開以来、わが国の実情に即した最低賃金制はいかにあるべきかについて、今日まで検討を重ねてきた。 わが国経済の複雑な構成、なかんずく中小企業、零細企業の実態をみるとき、最低賃金制の効果的実施のためには、なおいくたの困難の点があり、後述のように各般の中小企業対策、社会保障制度の拡充等について適切な措置を推進することが必要である。しかしながら、この制度は、今後の労働条件の向上、企業の公正競争の確保、雇用の質的改善、国際信用の維持向上等、
