日本国政府とブラジル合衆共和国政府との間の貿易取極及び支払取極の事実上の適用に関する閣議決定（案） 昭和二十七年九月十二日に作成され昭和三十一年十月三十一日まで事実上適用されることとなつている日本国政府とブラジル合衆共和国政府との間の貿易取極及び支払取極の内容を昭和三十二年一月三十一日まで引き続き事実上適用することとし、その趣旨の書簡をブラジル合衆国共和国政府との間に交換することとする。 （参考） 日本国政府とブラジル政府との間の貿易取極及び支払取極の要綱 〔1〕 貿易取極 一 年次貿易計画を採用する。ただし計画は制限的なものではない。（第一条、第二条、第三条） 二 両国間の基本的均衡の原則に基き輸出入許可を発給する。（第五条）
