日本国政府とボリヴィア政府との間の移住協定の署名にに関する閣議決定（案）（極秘）日本国政府とボリヴィア政府との間の移住協定（案）日本国政府とボリヴィア政府は、相互の友好関係を発展させ、かつ、促進することを希望し、このため移住協定を締結することに決定し、よつて、それぞれ次の代表者を指名した。日本国政府外務政務次官 森下国雄 ポリヴィア共和国大統領外務宗教大臣マヌエル・パラウこれらの代表者は、次のとおり協定した。第一条 この協定の規定に従つてポリヴィアへ入国することを認められる日本人移住者（以下「移住者」という。）の数は、この協定の署名の日から五年の期間において一千家族又は六千人とする。両政府は、適当と認めるときは、
