昭和三十年四月及び五月の凍霜害、水害等の被害農家に対する資金の融通に関する特別措置法施行令（案） 内閣は、昭和三十年四月及び五月の凍霜害、水害等の被害農家に対する資金の融通に関する特別措置法（昭和三十年法律第四十五号）第二条第二項、第三条第三項及び第四条第二項の規定に基き、この政令を制定する。（貸付限度額） 第一条 昭和三十年四月及び五月の凍霜害、水害農家に対する資金の融通に関する特別措置法（以下「法」という。）第二条第二項第一号の市町村長が認定する損失額を基準として算出る額は、当該認定に係る損失額に百分の三十を乗じて得た額とする。（償還期間の特例） 第二条 法第二条第二項第二号の政令で定める場合は、当該資金が
