政令第 号 出入国管理令第六十七条の規定が適用されない期間を定める政令（案） 内閣は、出入国管理令の一部を改正する法律（昭和三十年法律第 号 ）附則第二項の規定に基き、この政令を制定する。 出入国管理令の一部を改正する法律附則第二項の規定により出入国管理令（昭和二十六年政令第三百十九号）第六十七条の規定が連用されない期間は、昭和三十一年四月二十七日までとする。 附則 この政令は、公布の日から施行する。 理由 出入国管理令の一部を改正する法律附則第二項の規定に基き、出入国管理令第六十七条の規定が適用されない期間を定める必要があるからである。 出入国管理令の一部を改正する法律案 出入国管理令（昭和二十六年政令題三百十九号）
