閣議決定（案） 航空業務に関する日本国とカナダとの間の協定を、同協定第十八条の規定に従い、承認することとする。 航空業務に関する日本国とカナダとの間の協定 航空業に関する日本国とカナダとの間の協定 日本国政府およびカナダ政府は、それぞれの領域の間の及びその領域をこえての航空業務を開設し、かつ、運営するために協定を締結することを希望するので、両国が千九百四十四年十二月七日にシカゴで署名された国際民間航空条約（以下「国際民間航空条約」という。）の当事国でもあるので、よって、それぞれの代表者を任命した。これらの代表者は、次の通り協定した。 第一条 １この協定の適用上、文脈により別に解釈される場合を除くほか、
