科学技術庁設置法案に対する意見 科学技術庁設置の可否については、次の理由により、なお、慎重に検討する必要がある。一、現在の情勢において、この種の統括官庁を設けることが、科学技術の発達にどの程度役立ちうるかなお検討の余地がある。二、科学技術庁を設けることは、予算の編成、産業技術及び行政技術の研究の実施、民間の産業技術研究に対する助成等について、各省との間に事務の重複摩擦を招き、いわゆる二重機構の幣を生ずるおそれがある。三、行政機構簡素化の根本施策と矛盾するおそれがある。四、行政機構改革の一環として、研究の上結論を出すことを適当とする。科学技術庁設置法案に対する意見（資源調査会）一科学技術行政は、経済施策の要請にそうこと
