簡易生命保険法の一部を改正する法律案要綱 最近における経済事情にかんがみ、加入者の保険的保護を厚くするため、保険金の最高制限額を十三万円に引き上げることとしたこと。簡易生命保険法の一部を改正する法律（案）簡易生命保険法（昭和二十四年法律第六十八号）の一部を次のように改正する。第十七条第一項中「八万円」を「十三万円」に改める。附則この法律は、昭和二十九年四月一日から施行する。理由最近における経済事情にかんがみ、保険金の最高制限額を引き上げる必要がある。これが、この法律案を提出する理由である。簡易生命保険法（昭和二十四年法律第六十八号）抄録（保険金額）第十七條保険金額は、＠保険者一人につき八万円をこえてはならない。
