医薬関係審議会設置法案要綱 医薬関係審議会を設置し、その組織及び運営を定めたこと。医薬関係審議会設置法案（設置）第一条厚生大臣の諮問に応じて、医師法（昭和二十三年法律第二百一号）第二十二条第一項但書、歯科医師法（昭和二十三年法律第二百二号）第二十一条第一項但書並びに薬事法（昭和二十三年法律第百九十七号）第二十二条第一項第二号及び第三号に規定する省令の制定及び改正に関し調査審議させるため、厚生省に、附属機関として、医薬関係審議会(以下「審議会」という。)を置く。（組織）第二条審議会は、委員二十五人以内をもつて組織する。２委員は、厚生大臣が、左の各号に掲げる者のうちから、それぞれ当該各号に掲げる数の範囲内において任命する。
