- 閉鎖機関となったものの役員等の退職金について 閉鎖機関の役職員に対する退職金の支払については、連合軍最高司令官覚書（一九四五、一一、二四及び一九四六、七、九附）及びこれに基く昭和二十一年勅令第一一六号（第一条第一項及び第二項）が適用されるものと解される。 ついては左記により措置する。 記 一、閉鎖機関指定の前に解散又は閉鎖を予期して役員等に対して退職金を支払ったものについては、司令部の要求及前項のポツダム勅令を根拠とし、主務官庁においてこれを返還せしめる如く措置する。 二、閉鎖機関の役員等に対する退職金の支払の制限を国内法的に明確化するため前記覚書の線に添ひ前記ポツダム勅令に基く各省共同省令を制定する。 尚国内的に前記措置をとると共に司令部に対し、
