労働組合法施行令 第一条 法第五条ノ行政官庁ハ当該組合ノ事務所ノ所在地ヲ管轄スル地長官トス但シ同条第二項ノ場合ニ於テ規約ノ変更ガ事務所ノ所在地ニ係ル場合ニシテ新所在地ト旧所在地ヲ管轄スル地方長官ヲ異ニスルトキハ新所在地ヲ管轄スル地方長官及旧所在地ヲ管轄スル地方長官トス 第二条 法第六条ノ規定ニ依ル決定ハ当該組合ノ主タル事務所ノ所在地ヲ管轄スル地方長官地方労働委員会ノ決議ニ依リ之ヲ為ス 第三条 地方長官法第六条ノ規定ニ依ル決定ヲ為シタルトキハ遅滞ナク其ノ旨ヲ記載シタル書面ヲ当該組合ノ代表者ニ交付スベシ 第四 条地方長官ノ為シタル法第六条ノ規定ニ依ル決定ニ不服アル者ハ三週間以内ニ其ノ理由ヲ具シ文書ヲ以テ当該決定ヲ為シタル地方長官ヲ経由シ
