- 給与統制ニ関スル新法令制定ニ関スル件(案) 二一、二、二二 厚生省 戦後ノ事態ニ対処シ給与ノ安定ヲ確保シ以テ社会経済秩序ヲ維持シ国民生活ノ安定ヲ図ル為給与統制ヲ行フニ必要ナル法制上ノ措置トシテ新ニ緊急勅令ノ制定ヲ仰グコトトシ其ノ内容ハ概ネ左ノ如キモノトスルコト 一，本令ニ於テ給与ト称スルハ賃金、給与、手当賞与其ノ他名称ノ如何ヲ問ハズ使用者ガ労務ノ対価＠＠労務者職員其ノ他ノ作業者(以下労働者ト称ス)ニ支給スル金銭、物其ノ他ノ利益ヲ謂フコト 二、使用者ハ給与規則ヲ作成シ之ニ依リ給与ノ支給ヲ為スヲ要スコト 三、使用者ハ給与規則ヲ作成シタルトキ又ハ賞与若ハ＠＠ノ給与ヲ支給＠＠＠＠ニハ予メ行政官庁ニ届出ズベキ
