最低賃金改正ニ関スル件 二一、二、二二 厚生省 第一、方針 最近ニ於ケル勤労者ノ生活事情其ノ他一般情勢ニ鑑ミ此ノ際速ニ最低賃金制ノ確立ニ依リ勤労者ノ最低生活ヲ確保シ併セテ新ナル賃金基準設定ノ基礎タラシメ以テ労働不安ヲ除去セントス 第二、要領 一、適用範囲 原則トシテ現行賃金統制令ノ適用ヲ受クル総テノ労務者ニ適用スルコト 但シ六十日以内ノ試庸期間中ノ者ニ対シテハ適用除外ノ規定ヲ設クルコト 二、最低賃金額 最低賃金額ハ左ノ額トシ事業ニ依リ差異ハ設ケザルコト (一)男子労務者 (二)女子労務者 三、右表ノ額ハ日給制ノ場合ニ於テ実労働時間(休憩時間ヲ含マズ)八時間ヲ超エザル所定就業ニ対スル最低賃金額トシ実労働時間八時間ヲ
