内閣発表 二一、二、二〇 政府は近く一月四日附聯合国総司令部覚書「公務従事に適せざる者の公務よりの除去に関する件」附属書A号C項及D項以外の残余の各項該当者の範囲に関する公表をなしこれに依り来るべき衆議院議員総選挙に立候補を禁ぜられるものの範囲の全貌を明かにする考へである。然る処是等覚書該当者が当該政党幹部に止り政治運動を続けることが覚書に抵触するや否や明瞭を欠くので政府としては、最近関係政党代表者を招き此の問題に対する見解を披瀝し併せて此の見解に基き政党側に於て善処せんことを要望した次第である。尚右に関し此の際国民一般にも其の趣旨を表明して置くことを適当と考へ敢て茲に発表する。 即ち政府は覚書が応答者が
