幣原内閣総理大臣訓示案 (昭和二十一年二月二十五日 地方長官会議) 去ル十九、二十日ノ両日 天皇陛下ニハ神奈川県下ニ車駕ヲ進メ給ヒ、親シク国民ノ日常ニ接シ給ウタノデアリマス。工場ニ於テハ生産増強並ニ労務省ノ生活ニ御心労遊バサレ、共同宿舎ニ於テハ戦災者ニ御慰問ヲ拝シ、商店街ニ於テハ再起敢闘ノ状況ニ意ヲ注ギ給ヒ、援護所ニ於テハ引揚者ノ苦労ヲ御軫念遊バサルル等、国民生活ノ凡ユル実相ニ付咫尺ノ間ニ御視察ヲ忝ウスルト共ニ到ル処親シク優シイ御言葉ヲ賜ハツタノテアリマス。其ノ御言葉ヲ賜ハリタル人々ハ勿論、傍ニ之ヲ拝聴シタル人達ハ思ハズ有難サガ身ニ染ミテ啜リ泣ヲシ、或ハ声ヲ挙ゲテ泣キ崩レタトイフ実状ノ報告ニ接シテ居リマス。
