- 「公務従事ニ適セザル者ノ公職ヨリノ除去ニ関スル件」覚書附属書A号中C及D各項該当者ノ範囲ニ関スル件 次ノ衆議院議員総選挙ノ議員候補者タルベキ者ノ資格確認ニ関シ特ニ必要アルニ鑑ミ「公務従事者ニ適セザル者ノ公職ヨリ除去ニ関スル件」覚書附属書A号中C及Dノ各項該当者ノ範囲ニ付政府ノ解釈ヲ公示スルコト左ノ如シ 一、Cノ極端ナル国家主義的団体、暴力主義的団体又ハ秘密愛国団体ノ有力分子ノ項 「日本政府ニ対スル覚書「或種ノ政党、協会其ノ他ノ団体ノ廃止ニ関スル件」AG〇九一(昭和二十一年一月四日附)GS所掲ノ団体又ハ其ノ支部、補助団体、機関若ハ関係団体(下記D項ニ引用セル団体ヲ除ク)』ニ該当スル団体別表ノ通尚今後追加指定セラルルコトアルベシ
