- 「公務従事ニ適セザル者ノ公職ヨリノ除去ニ関スル件」覚書附属書A号D、E、F及G項該当者ノ範囲ニ関スル件 一、Bノ「職業陸海軍職員―陸海軍省ノ特別警察職員及官吏」ノ項 同項ノ二ノ「帝国正規陸海軍将校又ハ特別志願予備将校」ニ該当スルモノ左ノ如シ １、陸軍 イ、正規陸軍将校 陸軍補充令(陸軍補充条例其ノ他之ニ相当スル旧法令ヲ含ム)ノ正規ノ任用規定ニ依リ現役将校(従前ノ将校相当官ヲ含ム)ニ任用セラレ将校任用ノ当初ヨリ陸軍武官服役令(陸軍軍人服役令、陸軍服役条例其ノ他之ニ相当スル旧法令ヲ含ム)ニ依ル現役ニ服シタル者 ロ、陸軍特別志願予備将校 幹部候補生、操縦候補生等ヨリ予備役将校ト為リタル者ニシテ昭和十四年勅令第七百三十一号ニ依リ志願ニ基キ現役ニ服シタルモノ
