- 六九〇四号 劈頭ノ辞 私ノ同僚諸君ト私ガ提出致サウト存ジア居リマス問題ハ満洲ヲ除ク支那全土ニ於テ近代的陸海空軍ニ依ル征服ト掠奪トヲ目的トスル計書的軍事攻撃並ニ侵攻カラ、成ル軍事侵略全般ニ亘ルモノデアルマス。 吾々ガ茲ニ提出スル証拠ハ次ノ事ヲ証左設シマス。即チ、日本軍ニ依ル四大侵攻ハ支那領土ニ対シテ行ハレ、且支那海岸ニ対シテ海軍封鎖ガ実施サレタコト。 ソノ軍事侵略ハ日支戦争（所謂支那事変）ガ末期様相ヲ呈スル頭マデニ日本ガ海岸地帯ノ支那及東部支那ノ大部分ニ支配権ヲ獲得スルマデ継続サレ且執＠ニ遂行サレタノデアリマス。 満洲ニ於ケル衝突ハヘソレニ就テダーシー氏トソノ同僚ガ証拠ヲ提出シテ居ルノデアリマス
