- 行政裁判法中改正法律案帝国議会ヘ提出ノ件 （参照添付） 行政裁判法中左ノ通改正ス 第三条中「長官ハ勅任トス」ヲ「長官ハ親任トス」ニ改メ「内閣総理大臣ノ上奏ニ依リ」ヲ削ル 付則 本法施行ノ期日ハ勅令ヲ以テ之ヲ定ム 参照 ○行政裁判法 明治二十三年六月法律第四十八号 第三条 長官ハ勅任親任トス評定官ハ勅任又ハ奏任トス 長官及評定官ハ三十歳以上ニシテ五年以上高等行政官ノ職ヲ奉シタル者若クハ裁判官ノ職ヲ奉シタル者ヨリ内閣総理大臣ノ上奏ニ依リ任命セラルルモノトス 書記ハ長官之ヲ判任ス ○行政裁判所長官ノ待遇ニ関スル件 明治三十一年七月勅令第百六十二号 行政裁判所長官ハ親任官ノ待遇ヲ賜フ 会計検査院法中改正法律案帝国
