- 秘書官ノ任用及官等ニ関スル件 勅令第 号 秘書官ノ任用ニ関シテハ文官任用令ヲ適用セス 秘書官ノ官等ニ関シテハ高等官官等俸給令第四条及第五条ノ規定ヲ適用セス但シ他官ヨリ兼任スル者ニ付テハ此ノ限ニ在ラス 附則 本令ハ公布ノ日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス 明治二十八年勅令第百二十四号、明治三十年勅令第百九十六号及明治三十九年勅令第二百二号ハ之ヲ廃止ス 参照 ○高等官官等俸給令 明治四十三年三月 勅令第百三十四号 第四条 初メテ高等文官ニ任セラルル者ノ官等ハ六等以下トス 高等文官ニシテ退官シタル者再ヒ高等文官ニ任セラルル場合ニ於テハ其ノ官等ハ前官ノ官等以下トス但シ前官官等在職年数二年ヲ超エタル者ハ前官ノ官等ニ一等ヲ進ム
