- 拓殖局官制 勅令第 号 拓殖局官制 第一条 拓殖局ハ内閣総理大臣ニ隷シ台湾、樺太及韓国ニ関スル事項ヲ統理ス 前項ノ外拓殖局ニ於テハ外交ニ関スル事項ヲ除クノ外関東州ニ関スル事項ヲ統理ス 第二条 拓殖局ニ左ノ職員ヲ置ク 総裁 副総裁 一人 部長 二人 書記官 専任 四人 秘書官 専任 一人 翻訳官 専任 二人 属 通訳 専任 二十八人 第三条 総裁ハ親任トス内閣総理大臣ノ監督ヲ承ケ局中一切ノ事務ヲ総理ス 第四条 総裁ハ所部ノ官吏ヲ指揮監督シ奏任官ノ進退ハ之ヲ内閣総理大臣ニ具状シ判任官以下ノ進退ハ之ヲ行フ 第五条 拓殖局ニ総裁官房ノ外左ノ二部ヲ置ク 第一部 第二部 第六条 副総裁ハ勅任トス総裁ヲ補佐シ総裁事故
