- 日本国「ポルトガル」国間通商航海ニ関スル取極締結ノ件 右謹テ上奏シ恭シク聖裁ヲ仰キ併セテ枢密院ノ議ニ付セラレムコトヲ請フ 内閣総理大臣犬養毅 日本国「ポルトガル」国間通商航海ニ関スル取極 日本国皇帝陛下ノ政府及「ポルトガル」共和国政府ハ日本国及「ポルトガル」国間ノ通商関係ノ発展ヲ促進センコトヲ欲シ両国間ノ経済関係ヲ総括的ニ規律スル通商航海条約ノ締結ニ至ル迄ノ暫行的措置トシテ其ノ各ノ全権委員ヲシテ両締約国ノ既ニ合意セル通商及航海ニ関スル左記条項ヲ本取極ニ記録セシムルコトニ決定セリ 第一条 締約国ノ一方ノ領域ノ生産品及製造品ハ其ノ何レノ地ヨリ到ルヲ問ハズ他方ノ領域内ニ輸入セラルルニ当リ輸入税ニ関シテモ又
