- 日本帝国 哥倫比亜共和国修好通商航海條約御批准ノ件 右謹テ上奏シ恭シク 聖裁ヲ仰キ併セテ枢密院ノ議ニ付セラレムコトヲ請フ 内閣総理大臣侯爵桂太郎 御批准案 天佑ヲ保有シ萬世一系ノ帝祚ヲ踐ミタル日本国皇帝（御名）此ノ書ヲ見ル有衆ニ宣示ス」朕明治四十一年五月二十五日亜米利加合衆国華盛頓ニ於テ帝国全権委員カ哥倫比亜共和国全権委員ト共ニ記名調印シタル修好通商航海條約ヲ閲覧点検シ之ヲ嘉納批准ス 神武天皇即位紀元二千五百六十八年明治四十一年月日東京宮城ニ於テ親ラ名ヲ署シ璽ヲ＠セシム 御名国璽 外務大臣伯爵小村壽太郎 日本国皇帝陛下及哥倫比亜共和国大統領閣下ハ両国間並其ノ臣民及人民間ノ友好通商ノ関係ヲ永久堅固
