明治二十三年勅令第二百八号中改正ノ件 右謹テ上奏シ恭シク 聖裁ヲ仰キ併セテ枢密院ノ議ニ付セラレムコトヲ請フ 内閣総理大臣侯爵桂太郎 勅令第 号 明治二十三年勅令第二百八号中左ノ通改正ス 第一條中「二十五円以内ノ罰金若ハ二十五日以下ノ禁錮」ヲ「百円以内ノ罰金若ハ科料又ハ三月以下ノ懲役、禁錮若ハ拘留」ニ改ム 第二條中「十円以内ノ罰金若ハ拘留」ヲ「五十円以内ノ罰金若ハ科料又ハ拘留」ニ改ム 附則 本令ハ明治四十一年十月一日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス
