- 関東州罰金及苔刑処分令 右謹テ上奏シ恭シク 聖裁判ヲ仰キ併セテ枢密院ノ議ニ付セラレムコトヲ請フ 内閣総理大臣侯爵桂太郎 勅令第 号 第一條 三月以下ノ懲役ノ刑ニ処スヘキ支那人ノ犯罪ニ付テハ其ノ情状ニ依リ罰金又ハ苔刑ニ処スルコトヲ得 第二條 百円以下ノ罰金ノ刑ニ処スヘキ支那人ノ犯罪ニ付テハ被告人左ノ各号ノ一ニ該ルトキハ其ノ情状ニ依リ苔刑ニ処スルコトヲ得 一 関東州内ニ一定ノ住所ヲ有セサルトキ 二 無資産ナリト認メタルトキ 第三條 拘留又ハ科料ノ刑ニ処スヘキ支那人ノ犯罪ニ付テハ其ノ情状ニ依リ苔刑ニ処スルコトヲ得 第四條 百円以下ノ罰金又ハ科料ニ処セラレタル支那人ニシテ之ヲ完納セサル者ハ其ノ情状ニ依リ
