- 海軍造船生徒及造兵生徒條例中改正ノ件 右謹テ上奏シ恭シク 聖裁ヲ仰キ併セテ枢密院ノ議ニ付セラレムコトヲ請フ 内閣総理大臣侯爵桂太郎 勅令第 号 海軍造船生徒及造兵生徒條例中左ノ通改正ス 第六條 海軍造船生徒及造兵生徒ニシテ官立高等鉱業学校ヲ卒業シタル者ハ十年間海軍ノ事務ニ服スルノ義務ヲ有ス 前項ノ卒業者ハ海軍技手ニ任用スルコトヲ得
