- 一 韓国ニ於ケル発明、発明、意匠、商標及著作権ノ保護ニ関スル日米條約御批准ノ件 一 清国ニ於ケル発明、意匠、商標及著作権ノ相互保護ニ関スル日米條約御批准ノ件 右謹賀テ上奏シ恭シク 聖裁ヲ仰キ併セテ枢密院ノ議ニ付セラレムコトヲ請フ 内閣総理大臣侯爵桂太郎 御批准案 天佑ヲ保有シ萬世一系ノ帝祚ヲ踐ミタル日本国皇帝（御名）此ノ書ヲ見ル有衆ニ宣示ス 朕明治四十一年五月十九日亜米利加合衆国華盛頓ニ於テ帝国全権委員カ亜米利加合衆国全権委員ト共ニ記名調印シタル韓国ニ於ケル発明、意匠、商標及著作権ノ保護ニ関スル條約ヲ閲覧点検シ之ヲ嘉納批准ス 神武天皇即位紀元二千五百六十八年明治四十一年月日東京宮城ニ於テ親ラ名ヲ
