宮内高等官ヨリ高等文官ニ任用セラルル者ニ関スル件 右謹テ上奏シ恭シク 聖裁ヲ仰キ併セテ枢密院ノ議ニ付セラレムコトヲ請フ 内閣総理大臣侯爵西園寺公望 勅令第 号 宮内高等官ノ職ニ在ル者又ハ在リタル者高等文官ニ任用セラルル場合ニ於テハ明治三十九年勅令第百二十五号第一項及高等官官等俸給令第七條第二項、第三項ノ規定ヲ準用ス 附則 本令ハ公布ノ日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス
