臨時臺灣工事部事務官特別任用ノ件右謹テ上奏シ恭シク 聖裁ヲ仰キ併セテ枢密院ノ議ニ付セラレムコトヲ請フ 内閣総理大臣侯爵西園寺公望＠ 勅令第 号 臨時臺灣工事部事務官ハ当分ノ内三年以上土木、水利、電気、租税又ハ会計ニ関スル事務ニ従事シ現ニ判任官三級俸以上ノ官職ニ在ル者ノ中ヨリ文官高等試験委員ノ銓衡ヲ経テ之ヲ任用スルコトヲ得 附則 本令ハ公布ノ日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス 臨時臺灣基隆築港局事務官特別任用令及臺灣総督府電気作業所事務官特別任用令ハ之ヲ廃止ス
