帝国鉄道庁職員特別任用令 右謹テ上奏シ恭シク 聖裁ヲ仰キ併セテ枢密院ノ議ニ付セラレムコトヲ請フ 内閣総理大臣侯爵西園寺公望 勅令第 号 第一條 帝国鉄道庁理事ハ満五年以上帝国鉄道庁参事ノ職ニ在ル者ニシテ現ニ高等官三等ノ官ニ在ル者ヨリ文官高等試験委員ノ銓衡ヲ経テ之ヲ任用スルコトヲ得 鉄道事務官、臨時鉄道国有準備局事務官及統監府鉄道管理局事務官ノ在職年数鉄道ニ於ケル高等事務員ノ在職年数ハ前項ノ在職年数ニ之ヲ通算ス 第二條 帝国鉄道庁主事及主事補ハ満三年以上鉄道ニ関スル職務ニ従事シ主事ニ在リテハ現ニ判任官三級俸以上、主事補ニ在リテハ現ニ判任官五級俸以上ノ俸給ヲ受クル者ヨリ文官高等試験委員ノ銓衡ヲ経テ
