- 号外 朝鮮国政府ヨリ受入候填補金中欠損払之儀ニ付伺 朝鮮国政府ヨリ明治十六十七両年ニ受入ヘキ填補金十万円ノ儀ハ当省ニ於フ六末利付金札引換公債証書ニ交換貯蔵可致旨昨十七年十月十六日御達ノ趣敬承仕候依テ爾来追テ右手続取計罷在候処右填補金之内最初ニ受取候洋銀五万弗ハ当省ニ於テ尚精密ニ鑑定候ニ内六百弗丈ケ俗ニ音止マリト唱ヘ通用シ難キ分混入致シ居候ニ付右ハ地金ト見做シ準備金ヘ売却候処代リ一円銀五百九十二円八十一銭ト相成差引七円十九銭不足相立チ候ニ付補充方外務省ヘ照会ニ及ヒ候ヘ共同省ニ於テモ別ニ補充ノ途無之趣ニ有之元末当初該填補金領収順序ノ義ハ朝鮮政府ヨリ在仁川領事小林端一ヘ相渡候処領事館ニハ鑑定人モ無之儀ニ付第一国立銀行出張所
