銀貨貸下之義ニ付伺 貿易融通ノ為メ並ニ外国人為替基金トシテ銀貨拝借致度旨横濱正金銀行ヨリ別紙之通願出候ニ付審案致候処同銀行ノ承ハ創業以来正貨資本ヲ以テ営業致シ貿易商估ニ正貨ノ融通ヲ与ヘ未候処本年四月業務改正候際其資本ヲ紙幣ニ改メ候就テハ貯蔵ノ銀貨百十九万余円ハ同銀行ノ願ニ因リ当省ヘ買上候然ルニ横濱港ノ義ハ内外商估ノ貿易市場ニシテ銀貨ノ需用頗ル緊急ニ付同銀行ニ於テ従来右等ノ融通ヲ与ヘ隠然銀貨価格ノ激変リ防制致居候処俄カニ銀貨ヲ同銀行ヨリ引上ケ本融通ヲ杜絶候テハ横浜市場ノ銀貨ハ自テ欠乏ヲ来シ貿易上ニ差支ヲ生スルノミナラス忽チ銀貨ノ相庭ニ激変ヲ起シ目下紙幣ノ価値漸ク将ニ回復セントスルノ際前陳ノ事由ヨリ再ヒ
