日本銀行株金之儀ニ付上申 今般第三十二号ヲ以御頒布相成候条例ニ依リ創立可相成日本銀行之儀ハ政府ニ於テ其資本金之半額ヲ被補充候筈ニ有之就テハ兼テ準備金ヨリ貯蓄米資本トシテ金三百万円常平局ヘ支出相成居候処本年三月中御指令ノ趣ニ依リ今後ハ中央備荒儲蓄金ノ充実ニ随ヒ現今之貯蔵米ハ追々売払之上右金額ヲ以テ準備ヘ戻入相成筈ニ付之ヲ以テ日本銀行之補充株金之方ヘ振替候積ニ有之候尤該銀行株金之儀ハ即今先半額則五百万円ダケ募集相成候ニ付政府之補充金モ其半額二百五十万円凡ソ別紙之割合ヲ以繰入候積ニ有之候間此段一応上申仕置候也 明治十五年九月四日 太政大臣三條實美殿 上申之趣聞届候事 明治十五年九月八日 送第八八〇号
