決死党員之論二派ニ分レ上等派ト下等派トナリ上等派ノ中江篤介栗原亮一大井憲太郎小勝俊吉森其外於ハ其事ヲ為スニ前後ヲ顧慮シテ之レヲ為サントスル如シ 下等派ノ論即チ岡田忠道高橋義久甘露寺阿賀丸烏丸光亭馬渕篤治増田新五郎中村龍太郎守邦氏則等ノ云フハ事ヲ為スハ迅速ヲ欲ス其事ナルモ刑セラル成ラサルモ亦刑セラル刑ハ一ノミ今日決死党ノ急務トナス斬奸ハ後日ニアラス今日ニアリ終ニ高橋義久岡田忠道赤沢常容仙波兵庫烏丸光亭於ハ急進ヲ主義トシ最早来ル三月五日ノ会議前ニ快ク廟堂罪人ノ首ヲ斬リ快ク死シテ以テ鬼トナリ七生此世滅国賊是吾党ノ精神ナリト激論セリ其実際ノ如何ハ発信シ難シト雖トモ近日決死党ノ景況如斯 昨日麻布区谷町
