- 勅令第七百九十六号 朕海軍武官任用令外七勅令中改正ノ件ヲ裁可シ茲ニ之ヲ公布セシム 裕仁 内閣総理大臣 東条英機 海軍大臣 嶋田繁太郎 海軍武官任用令中左ノ通改正ス 第三条ノ二ニ左ノ一項ヲ加フ 海軍ニ召集中ノ下士官又ハ兵ヨリ見習尉官ヲ採用スル場合ニ於テハ前項第二号ノ規定ニ拘ラズ年齢四十年未満ノ者ヨリ之ヲ採用スルコトヲ得 第四条第二号ニ左ノ但書ヲ加フ 但シ前条第二項ノ規定ノ適用ニ依リ採用シタル見習尉官ヨリ任用スル者ニ付テ＠此ノ限ニ在ラズ 第八条ノ三ニ左ノ一号ヲ加フ 大学令ニ依ル大学ノ法学部、経済学部又ハ商学部ニ概ネ一年以上在学シタル者ニシテ身体検査ニ合格シダルモノ第八条ノ六第二号ヲ左ノ如ク改ム 前号ニ掲グル者ヲ除クノ外大学令ニ依ル大学ノ法学部ニ於テ学課ヲ修
