- 勅令第五百二号 朕経済関係罰則調査委員会官制ヲ裁可シ茲ニ之ヲ公布セシム 裕仁 内閣総理大臣 東条英機 司法大臣 岩村通世 経済関係罰則調査委員会官制 経済関係罰則調査委員会ハ司法大臣ノ監督ニ属シ其ノ諮問ニ応ジ経済関係諸法令ノ罰則ニ関スル事項ヲ調査審議ス 委員会ハ会長一人及委員五十人以内ヲ以テ之ヲ組織ス 特別ノ事項ヲ調査審議スル為必要アルトキハ臨時委員ヲ置クコトヲ得 会長ハ司法大臣ヲ以テ之ニ充ツ 委員及臨時委員ハ司法大臣ノ奏請ニ依リ関係各庁高等官、貴族院議員、衆議@@員及@@経@アル者ノ中ヨリ内閣ニ於テ之ヲ命ズ 会長ハ会務ヲ総理ス 会長事故アルトキハ司法大臣ノ指名スル委員其ノ職務ヲ代理ス 委員会ニ幹事ヲ置ク司法大臣ノ奏請ニ依リ内閣ニ於テ之ヲ命ズ 幹事ハ会
