- 法律第七十二号 朕帝国議会ノ協贊ヲ経タル輸出スル物品ニ対スル内国税免除又ハ交付金交付ノ停止等ニ関スル法律ヲ裁可シ茲ニ之ヲ公布セシム 裕仁 内閣総理大臣 東条英機 大蔵大臣 賀屋興宣 内務大臣 湯澤三千男 酒類、清涼飲料、砂糖、糖蜜、糖水、揮發油、骨牌、物品税法第一条ニ掲グル物品、糖果又ハ果實蜜若ハ之ニ類スルモノニシテ輸出スルモノニ付酒税法、清涼飲料税法、砂糖消費税法、揮發油税法、骨牌税法、織物消費税法又ハ物品税法ニ規定スル内国税ノ免除又ハ交付金ノ交付ニ関スル規定ハ当分ノ内之ヲ適用セズ但シ命令ヲ以テ定ムルモノニ付テハ此ノ限ニ在ラズ 前条ニ掲グル物品ニシテ関東州ヨリ輸入スルモノニ付テハ命令ノ定ムル所ニ依リ前条ニ掲グル税法ニ依リ課スベキ租税ヲ輕減又ハ免除ス
